SA Compound
This is a sintered compound, specific for front application, characterised by excellent efficiency in all conditions of use. It therefore represents an ideal alternative to original brake pads, both when cold and when hot. This compound is characterised by low wear which guarantees long life and suitable mileage.

SC Compound
Sintered compound for sport street and moderate track use. RC Compound
A compound conceived solely for track use, a true racing pad suited for any type of competition.
The most significant characteristics of this compound are its high friction and consistent efficiency, especially at high disc temperatures. These characteristics ensure superlative, consistent braking for the entire duration of the race and make the braking system much less prone to fade. At low temperatures the efficiency of this compound is limited and consequently it is suited for road use.

Genuine brake pads are available in various compounds, each of which is characterised by a different friction coefficient. The friction coefficient is expressed with a number that has a value from 1 to 99: the higher the value of this number the higher the friction coefficient of that particular compound will be.
